"Exercise more, Eat less"
"Everything in moderation"
"Willpower is the key to weight loss"
You’ve heard it all before. You listen, you follow the rules, you do everything right. You’ve tried it all. But it’s not working.
You’re tired, stressed, and over it.
The journey to health and fitness can be frustrating. Eating “right” can be confusing and overwhelming. The media pumps out (often contradictory) “health” sound bytes all the time, but we’re all still overweight and under-energized.
So What Gives?
Your body was designed to move. It was designed to use FOOD as fuel for that movement. Not just juice. Not 14 days of a magical lemonade elixir. Not a supplement with promises as big as the price tag.
(Hey, if quick fixes worked, you probably wouldn’t be here. In fact, if you’re looking for a quick fix, you probably shouldn’t be here.)
It’s time to end the food confusion and stop the diet roller coaster.
No fasting, no starving. You will eat. Real food. A lot of it.
No chemical-infused shit storms. My promise to you: No pills, no powders, no potions.
Let me help you ditch your diets and support your optimal life.

Shift away from addictive, potentially allergenic and difficult-to-digest food and embrace whole foods. Learn how to crowd out unhealthy habits while boosting your existing good habits. This program will create the space for positive and sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle.
Providing your body with the matter it needs to function optimally is a never-ending journey.
Fueled + Fit can serve as a roadmap on that journey - even beyond the 21 days.
Interaction & Support.
You get lots of it here - through daily emails and resources, and also a private Facebook group. Is there a question or two you've been itching to ask a nutritionist? Food confusion you want to clear up? Now's the time to do it!
I don't just recommend you do something - I explain why. You get to pick through an 90 page book written by yours truly. From there, you receive access to daily recordings, videos and PDFs.
Some of the topics I cover:
- Good carbs, bad carbs?
- Good fats, bad fats? (it's not what you think!)
- Is dairy healthy?
- Why RDAs and food labels can be extremely misleading
- Which oils to cook with and why
- How personality plays into diet
- How to eat real food on a budget
This is not a blanket diet. There are 3 different levels to choose from, and I encourage you to tweak the program to fit your needs. In my opinion, this is one of the reasons this program is so sustainable!

How do I know? I'm Erin Holt, Holistic Nutritionist.
I am a recovering dieter. I started dieting before I was even a teenager, so basically I'm an old pro. This sent me on a roller coaster of weight fluctuations and emotional turmoil through my teens and early twenties.
Restricting my food, constantly counting calories and following meal plans got me nowhere. Because I didn’t love my body. I didn’t even feel comfortable in my own skin. I blamed myself for not having enough self control.
This is me, Pro Dieter. Feeling like I didn't belong in my own body. Even while wearing Spanx.
Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is Einstein’s definition of insanity, right? Well, I guess I was insane. “Just this one last diet/cleanse/fast,” I would think. As though that last one would be the one to save me. But the last one was never really the last one. Until it was.
I decided to end the craziness and stop dieting. I stopped buying diet books, stopped buying magazines that promised abs in 2 weeks, stopped spending gobs of money on weight loss shakes and supplements. I started to learn about real food. And I started to eat. Real Food.
Through a yoga practice, stress management techniques, and a real food diet, I eventually understood that measuring my self worth based on what I put in my mouth was ridiculous. After 15 years of trying to crawl out of my skin, I finally felt comfortable in it.
This is me, free of dieting. Learning how to love myself (and feeling groovy).
I’ll be honest: sometimes major life events will stir the inner crazy. The siren’s call of quick fixes beckons me back. But I don’t answer.
Before my wedding, I just said NO to a crash wedding diet. I ate real food, practiced yoga and walked daily.
This is me on my wedding day.
After having my baby, I was determined NOT to jump on a crazy postpartum diet. I followed Fueled+Fit, I worked out at home, I walked and practiced yoga.
This is me the year I had my baby.
The point is, after quitting dieting, I've maintained a steady weight for years. I no longer struggle with food, I no longer struggle with my weight. There's never any reason to do anything drastic - I'm off the diet roller coaster for good.
Stop trying to quick fix yourself. That never ends well. Your body needs calories. It needs real food. It needs healthy movement. If you provide it with the proper framework, it will respond.
Join me in the Fueled+Fit movement. Give your body what it needs for 3 weeks and see what happens. Take my hand – I’ll help you jump off the diet roller coaster!
$10.00 from each sign up will be donated to End 68 Hours of Hunger, a program that puts nourishing food in the hands of school children who would otherwise go hungry. $10 fills a backpack to carry one child through the weekend.
Done this program before and want to do it again? There's no shame in that game! Fueled+Fit contains lots of information; some people like to do an extra round or two to retain all the food goodness. Others just like the accountability of the group. Lots of people come back, which is why I offer a discount to any and all repeat customers.
