During this 90 minute workshop, we'll clear up the following questions:

-- How do I make a super nutritious smoothie at home? Do I need a fancy blender?
-- What's so great about raw foods and how do I incorporate more of them into my diet?
-- What are superfoods and should I be eating them?
-- Sugar is bad, right? What about fruit?
-- How do I eat salads without getting bored?
We'll have fun with food demos and tastings. You'll leave with healthy recipes, and a new outlook on food for spring!
